Shipping Coverage
We currently ship only to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states) and the District of Columbia.
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO, or P.O. box addresses. Orders shipped to APO or P.O. box addresses that are refused may incur a restocking fee of up to $300.
Free Shipping Eligibility

Free shipping applies only to bicycles shipped within the United States.

Accessories, parts, bulk orders, and freight shipments do not qualify for free shipping.

Free shipping eligibility will be clearly indicated at checkout.
International Shipping
We do not ship internationally at this time.
If you arrange your own international shipment:

You are fully responsible for all duties, taxes, and import fees.

Warranty and service coverage do not apply to bikes shipped internationally.

For any replacement parts, you are responsible for all shipping, part, and import costs.
Third-Party Shipping
If you use a third-party shipping service, please note that we cannot provide any additional shipping information or documentation beyond what is provided with your order.
Shipping Timeframes
Orders typically ship within 2–7 business days (excluding pre-orders).
All shipments are sent via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
For eBike orders, batteries may ship separately, and a separate tracking number will be provided to expedite delivery.
Please note that there may be a brief delay between the time you receive your shipping confirmation and when the carrier scans your package into their system. Tracking information will become accurate once the carrier processes your shipment.
Returns & Refunds
To initiate a return, please contact sales@oekibe.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Oekibe Electrics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier.
Local Regulations
All customers are responsible for understanding and complying with local laws and regulations regarding the use of electric bicycles.
